Day Lily Kitchens Terms of Service

Welcome to Day Lily Kitchens! We provide personalized kitchen design services, offering a range of packages to suit different needs and budgets. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below. Please review the following terms carefully.


1. Services Offered

Day Lily Kitchens provides the following design packages:

  • Essential Package: Includes up to 2 design revisions.
  • Enhance Package: Includes up to 4 design revisions.
  • Elite Package: Includes up to 4 live design revisions.
  • Bathroom Package: Includes 2 design revisions.

Each package is designed to offer varying levels of customization to meet your specific kitchen design needs.


2. Design Revisions

Revisions refer to modifications or adjustments to the initial design concept as presented based on your specifications. The number of revisions available is dependent on the package purchased. Once you have used the allocated number of revisions for your package, any additional revisions will be subject to an additional fee.


3. Additional Design Fees

If you have utilized all allocated revisions for your package and require further design changes, these will be charged at a rate of $60 per hour. This hourly rate applies to all additional design work beyond the included revisions in your package.


4. No Refund Policy

Day Lily Kitchens does not offer refunds once a design package has been purchased and work has commenced. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services and will make every reasonable effort to meet your design needs within the scope of the purchased package.


5. Satisfaction Guarantee

While we do not offer refunds, our commitment is to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied after your allocated revisions have been used, we will continue to work with you at the additional hourly rate to ensure the final design meets your expectations.


6. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs and creative work produced by Day Lily Kitchens are the intellectual property of Day Lily Kitchens until final payment is made. Upon full payment, ownership of the final designs will be transferred to you for your personal, non-commercial use in your kitchen. Reproduction or commercial use of the design concepts without explicit permission is prohibited.


7. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

  • Providing complete and accurate information regarding your design preferences, kitchen dimensions, and any specific requirements.
  • Reviewing designs and providing timely feedback within the scope of your package to avoid delays.
  • Ensuring payment is made as agreed upon for the services rendered.

8. Amendments to Terms

Day Lily Kitchens reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.


9. Conceptual Plans: The plans provided are conceptual in nature. They are intended to serve as a preliminary design and may require modifications based on site-specific conditions and requirements.


10. Contractor Responsibility: It is the sole responsibility of your chosen contractor to thoroughly review, sight, and verify the plans before commencing any work. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring that the plans comply with all local building codes, regulations, and any other applicable standards.


11. Sign-Off Requirement: Your contractor must sign off on the plans to confirm their accuracy and feasibility before starting any construction or remodeling activities. This sign-off process ensures that all parties are in agreement with the proposed design and any necessary adjustments have been made.


12. Liability: We assume no liability for any errors, omissions, or discrepancies found in the conceptual plans once they have been provided to you. All risks associated with the implementation of the plans are to be managed and mitigated by your contractor.


13. Modifications: Any changes or modifications to the original plans must be documented and approved by your contractor. It is recommended to keep a record of all such changes for future reference.

By using these plans, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.


14. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country in which Day Lily Kitchens operates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
